Conference Venues

Campus Events & Conference Services (CECS) manages two of the University of Toronto’s premier conference destinations: the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus (SRIC) and The Conference Centre at the University of Toronto.

Both venues are designed to inspire connection and collaboration, offering flexible, modern spaces ideal for conferences, meetings, workshops, training and special events. Conveniently located in downtown Toronto, each venue is fully equipped with built-in audio-visual technology, high-speed Wi-Fi and barrier-free accessibility. CECS also partners with preferred caterers to provide a wide range of food and beverage options for your guests.

Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus

Where innovation meets collaboration.

The Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus is a hub for Toronto’s tech ventures, start-ups and innovation leaders. With bright, modern spaces and stunning city views, it’s the perfect venue for conferences, symposiums or networking events.

  • Multipurpose Room: Seats up to 227 guests for large events, lectures or conferences.
  • Boardrooms: Three premium boardrooms with capacity for up to 28 people.
  • Winter Gardens & Rooftop Patios: Open, light-filled gathering areas with skyline views.
  • Technology: Fully integrated AV and live-streaming capabilities.
  • Location: Steps from public transit on the eastern edge of U of T’s St. George campus.
  • Preferred caterers include Eatertainment, Gourmet Cuisine, Marigolds and Onions, McEwan, Santaguida Fine Foods and internal partners such as Kibo Sushi and St. George Catering. CECS will connect you with a representative to match your event needs.

The Conference Centre at U of T

A versatile downtown venue for every occasion.

Located near Toronto City Hall at Dundas and Chestnut Streets, The Conference Centre at the University of Toronto spans over 20,000 square feet across two floors. The recently renovated facility offers a modern, professional environment for everything from executive meetings to large-scale conferences.

  • 12 Meeting Spaces: A mix of executive boardrooms, mid-sized rooms and flexible layouts.
  • Grand Ballroom: A spectacular 9,000 sq. ft. venue (opening Fall 2025), with 20-ft ceilings, divisible into three smaller spaces.
  • Capacity:
    • 800 theatre-style
    • 400 seated at rounds of 8
    • 450 seated with dance floor
    • 1,000 cocktail style
  • Technology: State-of-the-art built-in AV and modern infrastructure.
  • Location: Centrally located and easily accessible by public transit.
