Sandford Fleming Building

Blending Beaux Arts and Edwardian Baroque styles, the Sandford Fleming Building adds boldness and grandeur to any session. Its striking brick-and-stone façade, arched entrance, and classical detailing frame photos beautifully—whether you’re celebrating love or simply capturing life’s special moments.

Fee Structure

  • Standard Rate: $500 per site.
  • U of T Staff/Students: $350 per site (with valid U of T email).
  • Alumni should visit U of T’s alumni website to access their discount, which will be the same fee as is it for students and staff.
  • Maximum Party Size: Up to 30 people (larger groups must contact CECS).

Each booking secures exclusive photography rights to your selected site.


Availability

Photography bookings are available on weekends year-round, with select weekday evenings in summer. 

January & February

Saturdays & Sundays, 8 am – 4 pm

March & April 

Fridays, 4 – 6 pm

Saturdays & Sundays, 8 am – 6 pm

May & August

Wednesdays–Fridays, 6 – 8 pm

Saturdays & Sundays, 8 am – 8 pm

September & October

Fridays, 4 – 6 pm

Saturdays & Sundays, 8 am – 6 pm

November & December

Saturdays & Sundays, 8 am – 4 pm

A special permit is required for all wedding and lifestyle photography at U of T. Our team will confirm availability, finalize details, and help you select your preferred location. Please review our guidelines, fees, and policies before booking.
