“Setting the Stage for Moments that Matter”

The Campus Events & Conference Services (CECS) team at the University of Toronto’s St. George campus is part of the Spaces & Experiences (S&E) portfolio within the university’s Operations and Real Estate Partnerships division.

In 2020, following an operational review of Academic + Campus Events (ACE), Campus Events joined the S&E portfolio. This transition created a clear mandate: to focus exclusively on supporting staff, faculty and students with the coordination of events, activities and conferences across campus—while academic course bookings remain managed by the university’s Learning Space Management team.
