When we started to brainstorm around this session, we had no idea the amount of expertise and work the virtual Pre-Convocation ceremony would require. Thank you for everything that you did to support us and our graduands – from patiently going over all details of using MS Teams, communication strategies, and to guiding us especially over the last 24 hours. You are an amazing team of colleagues and we could not have organized today without your kindness, patience, and expertise. We are very fortunate that here at UofT we have such a talented and compassionate team.

When you are organizing an on-line event for ~300 people and you've never done anything like it before, it really pays to have knowledgeable experts to turn to. Thank you so much for your patience and assistance in making our virtual Town Hall a success. We truly could not have done it without you!

They were reassuring and supportive
Honestly, I was taken aback at how much support they offered. I often experience anxiety when presenting, however they were reassuring and supportive, making the event very successful and smoothly run. I have never experienced anything like it. I let them know following the session that this is actually a significant unique selling point of the service that should be touted when promoting across the University.
